I'm really excited to share something with you today…I am celebrating the anniversary of Amplify Your Vision.
One year ago, I shifted my business and officially launched this online client attraction and launch agency.
While I AM so excited to celebrate with you today, I actually I hesitated creating this email and sending it out.
Some of you may know that a year ago, in July, I lost my mom to cancer after a very short and challenging 4-month battle. But, THAT was the very catalyst that caused the shift in my business. I am blessed to be an entrepreneur, so, I got to be (and wanted to be) there for my mom and my dad through her illness. What I realised was I wanted to do business differently. I knew I was strong in project management / execution and supporting clients with the strategy as well as the back end processes.
So, I decided to shift into an agency style model where we could support our clients in not only mindset but as well as strategy and execution. Specifically around activities like client attraction, launching events / summits / programs and eventually scaling their businesses. So it was definitely in alignment.
And over the last year, as I truly navigated the loss of my mom and the grief that is associated with that process, I've also been birthing this new business.
It’s all the seasons of life, you know?
We let go of things, new things come in. And as I’m in the process of letting go of what I thought my life would look like with my mom, this amazing agency was the thing that came in for me. And I am celebrating that!
I am also celebrating my team - they ALL came in to work with me over the last year. I have an incredible team here at Amplify {you can meet them HERE on the website}. They are a team of professional, dedicated, incredible, powerful leaders that support our clients. And I intentionally hire people who are way smarter than me! It's my team that delivers on those excellent results.

What is your VISION?
The lesson is actually this…it’s VISION
Ultimately, that is what we are celebrating!
That really means (in my experience) having a strong vision of what you want to create. So we work primarily with visionary entrepreneurs, visionary coaches, and what I'm really clear about all of them, like me, is they have a powerful vision for what they want.
Some questions to ask yourself as a visionary entrepreneur:
What is my vision for my business?
What is my vision for the world?
What is my vision for how I want to be and how I want to show up?
It's the what, and the why…what do you want…why do you want it?
Understanding that is really powerful!
Also, I think, this is where I see visionary entrepreneurs & coaches getting stuck.
It isn't in vision (that is almost the easy part for them) but where I see they can get bogged down is in the HOW!
I want time freedom!
Every Amplfiy Your Vision Client So FAR!
This was true for me...
For example, I wanted an agency to support visionary entrepreneurs, coaches and community leaders. I was clear about my vision:
I want time freedom.
I want to have a team.
I want to be able to work in my zone of genius.
I want my team to work in their zone of genius.
I want our clients to work in their zone of genius.
All of us do the things that light us up,
But how in the actual hell I do that? I've never had an agency before. How on earth do I start? That is where we can get stuck in the HOW…in overwhelm, analysis paralysis or even frustration?
So, the next invitation is to ask yourself - what is the first step? What is one step that you can take?
The next step sometimes is hiring an agency. Sometimes it's hiring someone to support. Sometimes the next first step was the first step I took with my agency. I was clear on my vision {to build an agency} - now I get to have support on how to do that - so I looked for women who teach people how to build an agency, and I hired her and I started taking action.
So that's a little update about me and Amplify Your Vision, and how we support visionary entrepreneurs on creating clarity and the next right step for them in their business. Specifically, when it comes to client attraction strategies, program launches and scaling their businesses.
